NOTICE OF SALE OF VEHICLE
Notice is hereby given the Macks Creek R-V School District, in accordance with its policies and state statutes regarding the sale of surplus property, is selling a surplus school bus.
VEHICLE DESCRIPTION
The following vehicle is available for purchase for $7,500:
1 x 2015 International 77 Passenger School Bus, Unit #23 (This bus needs two new turbos, it started and ran when it was taken out of service). VIN#: 4DRBUAAP9FB029651, Mileage: 142,401
CONDITIONS OF SALE
"As Is, Where Is": The vehicle is sold "as is, where is," with no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer is responsible for any repairs or deficiencies prior to registration or use.

Payment and Removal: This bus will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. The successful buyer must make full payment and remove the bus within one week of the date of sale. The buyer is responsible for all insurance, taxes, fees, and removal/transportation costs.
