COMC will be conducting Health Physicals for the 2023-2024 school year in regards to activity and athletic seasons on May 11th here at Macks Creek Schools, free of charge. These will be conducted starting at 8:30 AM and run until 4:00 PM on May 11th. These will be available for any students going into 6th Grade and any grade above that. The location at the school will be determined as we get closer to May 11th. The form that needs to be turned into the school has changed to keep on file. The only form needed will be the last sheet on the physical for school records. The other sheets will stay with the physician in their health records file. The form can be accessed through the schools website under documents that is labeled 23-24 MSHSAA Physical Form or at the following web address. If you have any questions, please contact the High School Office and ask to speak with Coach Hedrick.
