The Macks Creek Pirates Cross Country team raced this morning in Bolivar at the SWCCCA Richard Clark Invitational. Sophomores Jose Cortez, Kyler Gabriel and Caleb Phillips all competed. Caleb placed 7th, Jose took 21st and Kyler finished 37th. Medals were awared to the top 25 racers in each division. Great job at your first meet Pirates! #MCPirates
The Lady Pirates competed in their first meet of the season this morning at the SWCCCA Richard Clark Invitational in Bolivar. Madalyn Kinney, Adriana Mayer, Molly Phillips and Taylor Rich all raced. In Class 1A, Molly finished 11th, Adriana took 14th, Taylor placed 24th and Madalyn took 26th. Medals were awared to the top 25 racers in each division. The Pirates played a hard fought game tonight against the Weaubleau Tigers. They ended up falling by a score of 41 - 24. Way to play hard and fight until the end! #MCPirates

The Pirates Baseball team will host their first home game tonight against Stoutland starting @ 5:00 PM. Come out and support them! They will then travel to Weaubleau tomorrow, 9/3 with a 5:00 PM start time.
The JH Basketball teams will open their seasons up tomorrow evening with Weaubleau coming into town with a 5:00 PM start time. Order of games are; 4 quarters Girls (A Team), 2 quarters Girls (B Team), 4 quarters Boys (A Team), 2 quarters Boys (B Team).
Due to wet field conditions at the baseball field, the home baseball game tonight against Iberia has be cancelled. There could be a possible makeup date. #MCPirates
