Macks Creek Cross Country hit the ground running this morning at the Laker 5K Invitational on Camdenton.
Senior Vaughn Vasquez ran first in the Varsity boys race and finished with a season PR of 19:49.52.
Senior Addison Ratliff, Junior Jade Stasiak, and Sophomore Bailey Allan ran shortly after in Varsity girls competition. Addison also finished with a season PR of 23:42.77. Jade finished with a time or 30:55.03 and Bailey completed the run with a time of 33:09.31.

Cross Country will be back on the course on Thursday when they travel to Buffalo.

Congratulations to the Lady Pirates for their Fourth Place finish in the Hermitage Tournament this weekend! They competed in the Consolation Pool Play portion this morning, defeating both Weaubleau (9-6) and Dadeville (9-7), to finish the weekend 3-1. They are back in action this Monday when they return to PCL action against Himansville (5:00 p.m.). Great weekend, ladies! #MCPirates
