Three Lady Pirates raced in the fog this morning at the Hermitage Invitational below the dam at Lake Pomme De Terre. Molly Phillips finished 19th (24:09), Adriana Mayer 44th (27:20) and Madalyn Kinney 67th (37:48). Great job ladies! The Lady Pirates will be in action again at the Camdenton Invitational on Saturday, October 2nd. Please join us to cheer on these hardworking athletes! Preston Langley ran in the MS boys 3200 meter this morning as well. Preston took 57th with a time of 17:03. Way to go Preston! #MCPirates
The MC Pirates raced this morning below the dam at Lake Pomme De Terre at the Hermitage Invitational. The team gave it their all as every Pirate ran a personal best! Caleb Phillips finished 9th (18:09), Kyler Gabriel was 41st (20:36), Vaughn Vasquez was 91st (22:24) and Nick Hicks, in the first meet of his career, finished 102nd (23:12). Great job everyone! The Pirates will race again at the Camdenton Invitational on Saturday, October 2nd. If you haven't seen these athletes in action, this meet is the closest of the season and is a spectator friendly course. #MCPirates
