The Pirates hit the hardwood for a preseason jamboree in Camdenton this evening. Each 'game' consisted of two, 8-minute quarters. The first set was against the Class 2 defending champs from Eugene. Macks Creek battled but came up short. The Pirates split their second set against Camdenton, coming out on top 13-12 in the first and falling 18-7 in the second. Final quarters of the evening were against the Osage Indians. Macks Creek again took the first quarter, 15-14, before losing the second, 26-12. The Pirates will finish out the week with practice before taking to the road on Monday at Stoutland to open the regular season. #MCPirates
