Today is signing day at State Fair Community College. We couldn't be more proud of our three seniors who will attend SFCC in the Fall. India Willis received one of 50 nationwide scholarships today from 3M.

Congratulations to Addison Ratliff for receiving the Academic All-State basketball award. The requirement for Academic All-State is no small feat. An athlete must be in good standing with the team, possess outstanding moral character, have an ACT score of 27 or above and have a GPA of 3.5 or higher. We are extremely proud of Addison for this big accomplishment! #MCPirates
Yesterday, our Track & Field team competed in the Buffalo High School Invitational. As Macks Creek athletes are eligible to participate in dual-sports, last night’s home baseball game meant fewer Pirates were on the roster. Nonetheless, our small group performed well! Freshman Bode Harrison competed for the 1st time, racing in the 100 meter dash (15.50) and the 200 meter dash (33.4). Good job Bode! Michael Egan, who is also a Freshman, competed in the 400 meter dash (1:04:12), Long Jump (4.57 meters), and Javelin (30.58 meters). Way to go Michael! On the Lady Pirates side, Freshman Izzy Willey competed in the 100 meter dash (14.61), 200 meter (31.52), 400 meter (1:14) and the discus (16.23 meters). Well done Izzy! Junior Bailey Tindall competed in the 100 meter dash (16.81), 200 meter (36.11), and the 400 meter (1:27). Way to race Bailey! The High School Track team will be back in action tomorrow at the Warsaw Invitational. Good luck team! #MCPirates

The Macks Creek HS Band and Choir took their act outside this evening for their Spring Concert. Each group performed two pieces. The choir performed 'A Starry Night' and 'Obiswana', while the band performed 'Dance of the Shadows' and Parade of Unicorns'. The band and choir are under the direction of Ms. Melani Biggers. We are extremely proud of both groups! #MCPirates
Macks Creek School passed its annual school bus inspection this morning. Our entire fleet has been designated as 100% safe and is certified to continue transporting our students to school and countless events for another year. Each Spring, the Highway Patrol closely evaluates our entire fleet, to assess over 200 different items on each bus. Our fleet of 8 is composed of International School buses, which include two 2025 models, one 2024, one 2020, two 2010's and two 2006 models. The Highway Patrol Inspectors shared our "fleet looks great" and thanked our team for all of their hard work. We appreciate the Highway Patrol and the high standards to which they hold all Missouri school districts. Our district is grateful to Lewis, JR and Carla Stoufer for their diligence in maintaining our buses to ensure they are safe and running efficiently all year long. We are also grateful to our bus drivers for their attention in performing daily trip inspections to ensure everything is operating optimally for our students. Thank you to everyone who has a role in ensuring school bus safety! #MCPirates

Macks Creek students participated in the PCL Math Bowl on Wednesday at Weaubleau. There were 16 students ranging from 6th grade up to Seniors that participated for the Pirates. Five students placed in four categories this year. As a team, the High School finished 5th in the PCL.

Our little Pirates had so much fun at Itty Bitty City today! The rain was perfect for our indoor field trip. Our class is full of firefighters, chefs, veteranians, conservation workers, moms, dads, babysitters, and railroad workers. ❤️

The “Dude. Be Nice” Project is a week-long project that highlights a community as it orchestrates and celebrates an amazing and unsuspecting person or group.
The project aims to highlight and celebrate individuals who demonstrate kindness and positive energy within their community.
The ultimate goal of Dude. Be Nice is to motivate young people to do nice things for others.
