Congratulations to Israel Husong, Calvin Eidson, Madison Moos, Caleb Phillips, and Trinity Husong who competed on the Macks Creek High School ELA Academic Team to take 3rd place in the trivia bowl at the PCL ELA Fair tonight!
In the written competition, Maddie Moos earned 2nd place for Narrative Writing and 3rd place for Short Story. Kai Crawford earned 3rd place for Literary Analysis!

The Middle School Pirates Track team traveled to Osceola yesterday for the first meet of the season. It was a productive outing! On the girls side Izzy Willey took 2nd in the 200 meter dash. For the boys, Weston Martineau and Sebastian Sanchez also captured medals. In the 100 meter dash, Weston took 1st and Sebastian took 3rd. In the 200 meter, Weston took 1st and Sebastian took 3rd again! Sebastian finished the evening with 1st in 400 meter. Levi Perry, Carter Ferrell, Mark Little and Parker Christian also ran well. Great job at a cold first meet middle school athletes! #MCPirates

Music students are enjoying a hard-earned milkshake after performing in District Contest at Lebanon High School today.

The Pirates Track team kicked off the season this afternoon at the School of the Osage Open. Jessica, Caleb, Kevin and Preston all performed well. Jessica took 12th in the 100 and 6th in the 1600. Caleb took 3rd in the 800 and 1st in the 1600. Kevin took 25th in the 100 and 27th in the 200. Preston took 31st in the 100 and 21st in the 200. Great job Track athletes! #MCPirates
According to the original baseball schedule there was supposed to be a game today at Hermitage, but that game got cancelled. The next Pirate baseball game will be on Monday at home vs Fair Play at 5pm. #MCPirates
